Delivery & Payment Information
Depending on the type of goods and the quantity you choose, you can choose from various payment and shipping options.
Payment options:
- bank transfer - you pay for the goods by transfer order from your account through your bank. Currently, we can only accept payments in EUR to an account maintained in a Slovak bank. If you do not have the possibility to enter a payment in EUR, please contact us in advance at our email address.
- cash on delivery - you pay for the goods when you pick them up from the carrier
- Paypal system - you will send payment using Paypal system. In this case, you must have an account in the Paypal system.
Delivery options for sending patterns:
Unless otherwise stated, all patterns will be sent electronically in pdf format.
| In the case of newest patterns, delivery is made by sending the pattern in the message attachment to the email entered during the order. During a limited time, it will also be possible to download the pattern from the e-shop environment, in the order history. | |

| Most of the patterns will be available after payment of the order in the section "Downloads" after logging into the customer account. This feature is not limited in time. | |

Options for sending goods that require physical delivery (*):

| Delivery to the address you specify in the order as the address for delivery. You can also choose delivery to a Packeta branch or to a Z-box. | |
