How to order

Shopping at e-shop slovenskecipky.eu is clear and simple. If you are here for the first time and want some help, read some useful tips that will help you with your purchase.

Selection and searching for items

Products are divided into categories by type, but also by manufacturer.
To display detailed information about the product, just click on the selected product in one of the categories, i.e. on the title or on the image.
A faster way to find items is to search in the catalog, in the header of the page. The search finds the text string in the names and descriptions of items.

Adding items to the basket and creating an order

If you have chosen a product, put it in the basket by clicking the Add to basket icon. You can check and edit the contents of the shopping cart at any time by clicking the CART icon in the upper right part of the page.
After viewing the contents of the basket, it is possible to change the quantity of ordered goods by editing the Quantity field and clicking the Update button (arrow icon).
Check if you really have everything in your basket.
Click the button Checkout or Go to checkout.

Login and personal data

If you are not logged in, the first step of the order will be displayed, where you have two options to choose from:

if you are shopping with us for the first time, select the option to register and press the Continue button
if you have already shopped with us and have created an account, enter your login information: e-mail and password in the Login section. Then continue the order by pressing the button Log in. If you have forgotten your password, we will send it to the e-mail address you registered with.

Billing and delivery address

In these steps, you need to enter your billing and delivery data. If you have already shopped with us, you can choose the address you entered before or you can enter a new address. In the case that you have chosen a product for which the information was digital version or electronic delivery, the step with the delivery address will be omitted.

Delivery

Here you can choose a suitable type of delivery for you.

Choose the type of deliry that suits you best. We will deliver the goods to the address specified by you, which you entered in the Details about delivery step.
In case you have chosen the goods for which the information was digital version or electronic delivery, this step will be skipped.

Payment

Here you can choose the payment method suitable for you. We currently offer two payment options:

advance payment by transfer to our account.
payment via the PAYPAL payment system.

In this step, you have the option to add a note to your order. At the same time, you must check the box that you agree to our General Terms and Conditions.

Summary and submission

Check the list of ordered goods and if everything is correct, confirm the order by clicking on Compulsory order.
By confirming and agreeing to the terms and conditions, your order is sent to our system and its processing begins.
You will receive an automatic confirmation of the order, together with its complete wording, to your e-mail within a short time.
