Loyalty points system

You earn loyalty points for purchasing selected goods in the e-shop. The number of points you earn for a purchase is proportional to the value of the goods for which you can earn points. The loyalty points system cannot be used by clubs.

What are the benefits of loyalty points?

• for every 1€ spent on selected items in your purchase you will receive 1 loyalty point
• The value of 1 loyalty point is 0.10€
• Currently, the points are awarded for items in the category: Patterns, Books and printed patterns, some tools and yarns for lace making. You can redeem your loyalty points for your next order for bobbin lace patterns, books and courses.
• You can see the number of points for your current purchase in the cart
• You can see your total number of loyalty points in your customer account.

Conditions for earning loyalty points

1. Registration on the website eshop.slovenskecipky.eu. If you are buying without registering of account, it will not be possible to collect loyalty points.
2. You earn loyalty points by shopping with your own customer account, for every 1€ of the value of selected items you earn 1 point. If the value of the items for which you can earn points is 99€, you will earn 99 points by purchasing them.
3. The value of 1 point is approximately 0.10€. You can see your loyalty points in your customer account. If you have 99 points in your account, you can buy patterns or courses worth 9.90€.
4. You redeem points when finalizing your purchase, in the cart.
5. It is also possible to combine loyalty points and payment, i.e. 0.1€ of value is added for each point and you pay the remaining amount.
6. Loyalty points are credited to the customer's account after they pay for the order.
7. The value of 0.10€ per 1 point is equivalent to a 10% discount.

Time validity of points

Loyalty points have a limited time validity. Points earned by 30. 11. 2025 expire on 31.12. 2025. Points earned from 1. 12. 2025 to 31. 12. 2025 will be credited only on 1. 1. 2026. Points that you will have as of 30. 11. 2025 expire on 31. 12. 2025, so you can only use them until 31. 12. 2025. If you earn additional loyalty points for purchases or use of loyalty points in the period from 1. 12. 2025 to 31. 12. 2025, these will be credited to you on 1. 1. 2026 and you can use them until 31. 12. 2026 at the latest.
